Wildfire On Greek Island Of Crete, Evacuations Damages Homes & Villages
A major wildfire has broken out on the Greek island of Crete, forcing hundreds of people to evacuate and damaging homes, hotels, and villages. The fire started near the town of Ierapetra on the southeastern coast and spread quickly due to strong winds and dry conditions.
